You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. There may be a Shipping charge. (We only charge what our shipping charges are)

We will however pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).

You are entitled to return a product if you believe that there is a problem or the item is damaged. You are generally responsible for returning the product and may be entitled to recover reasonable postage or transportation costs from the us if the product is confirmed to have a problem, so keep your receipts.

Refunds or replacements will be made once the faulty item is recieved by Complete Cafe Services. (Contact us for appropriate return Address)

We will not accept returns on opened or used items. We may however decide to offer a credit or exchange as an act of good faith.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiving the goods in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply send us an email or login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


We endeavour to ship as soon as we confirm your address, validity of your order and payment is received.
We can ship to virtually any address in Australia. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. It is best that the item be shipped to a location that is maned during business hours to save "YOU" on re-delivery charges.

When you place an order, we will endeavour estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. In most cases you will receive your items within 14 days. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full Kg.



Our free shipping offer covers most of our products and customers orders. Sometimes our shipping suppliers have limitations and we may be unable to include everyone in this offer.

Our Free shipping covers:


- Shipping to all Australian States and Territories

- Coffee machines and Grinders

- Orders over $150


What our free shipping does not cover:


- Shipping to some Remote Areas within Australia

- Shipping of Espresso Machines to non-metro areas

- Orders under $150

- Consumable orders

- Returns of goods unless faulty


Due to software limitations, we cannot specify remote areas or specific postcodes to exclude from our free shipping. This may mean that you will receive the option of free shipping when you live in a remote area of Australia.


If you are deemed to be in a remote area, we will hold your order and send you an additional invoice for the shipping cost.

Once we have all the correct information we will get back to you with a competitive quote.



All equipment Warranties are "B2B" (Back to Base) this means you return the machine back to our workshop for repair or pay associated travel surchages.



We happily accept Credit Card payments from Mastercard and Visa via Phone. Please call us to process your payment.
All goods supplied remain the property of Complete Cafe Services until paid for in full.
